This foam hazmat shipper kit is engineered to transport one standard 1-gallon paint can in full compliance with U.S. DOT hazardous material packaging requirements. The kit includes a pre-assembled corrugated outer carton, a fitted foam insert, a can with lid, and a locking ring — every component needed for compliant single-can shipment supplied in one package.

Paint retailers, chemical manufacturers, coatings distributors, and fulfillment operations use this kit when shipping regulated liquid products by parcel or freight. The carton exterior bears mandatory warning information, making it ready for carrier handoff without additional labeling steps for the outer package.

The outer carton is constructed from 275# corrugated board, delivering above-standard compression resistance suited to hazmat applications.
