Description

This 10 1/4 x 5 1/8 x 6 3/16 inch foam hazmat shipper kit is engineered to transport two one-quart containers of flammable or regulated liquids in full compliance with federal hazardous materials shipping regulations. The outer carton is constructed from 275# corrugated board and carries UN/U.S. DOT approval to CFR 49 178.601B, with the UN specification mark 4G/X8.4/S and mandatory hazmat warning information pre-printed on the carton exterior.

Each kit arrives as a complete, ready-to-use assembly, making it practical for chemical distributors, paint manufacturers, coating suppliers, and industrial shippers that require certified packaging for quart-sized containers of regulated liquids. The pre-printed compliance markings reduce outbound prep time, supporting both low-volume hazmat operations and higher-frequency fulfillment workflows.

The kit includes a pre-assembled corrugated carton, foam inserts sized for two one-quart cans, and a locking ring to secure contents during transit. Sold as a complete kit. Note: per CFR 49 178.601B, the shipper is responsible for selecting appropriate packaging for the specific hazardous material and for proper final closure — consult applicable regulations before use.
