The S5® 3-in-1 Safety Cutter is a right-handed utility knife that consolidates three cutting functions — box cutting, tape splitting, and film cutting — into a single ergonomic handle. The integrated flip-open film cutter engages a safety lock-out mechanism that physically prevents the box cutting blade from extending while the film cutter is in use, reducing blade-exposure risk during high-frequency cutting tasks.
This tool is built for warehouse, fulfillment, and distribution environments where workers rotate between opening cases, slitting tape, and cutting stretch film throughout a shift. It eliminates the need to swap between separate cutting tools at the workstation, making it well suited for receiving docks, pack stations, and returns processing areas.
The handle includes a built-in 5-blade storage compartment, and each unit ships with one SP017 Single-Notch Safety Blade included. The knife weighs 1.6 lbs and is available in green; a left-handed model is sold separately. Cases contain 12 units and ship via parcel carrier.
