3M™ 3199 Security Tape is a 2.0 mil clear polypropylene tape, 2 inches wide by 110 yards per roll, printed with the message "CHECK SEAL BEFORE ACCEPTING" to deliver immediate, visible tamper evidence on sealed cartons and packages.
Once applied and broken, the tape cannot be realigned to its original position, making any unauthorized opening plainly visible to recipients. FDA approval for indirect food contact makes it well suited for food distribution, pharmaceutical fulfillment, retail supply chains, and e-commerce operations requiring chain-of-custody documentation.
The acrylic adhesive bonds reliably to corrugated fiberboard, recycled substrates, and other standard packaging materials. Each case contains 36 rolls and ships via parcel carrier.
