3M™ 4462 Double Sided Foam Tape is a general-grade, 1/32" closed cell polyethylene foam tape with rubber adhesive on both sides, offered in a 1" wide x 72-yard roll. Its closed cell foam core conforms to irregular and uneven surfaces, distributing stress across the bond line while cushioning contact points and dampening vibration.

The rubber adhesive formulation bonds effectively to polyethylene, polypropylene, and other plastic substrates that many adhesives struggle to grip, making this tape practical for mounting, joining, sealing, and light assembly work in manufacturing, electronics, automotive, and general industrial settings. It is suited for standard indoor operating conditions within a temperature range of 70°F to 100°F.

Each roll is 1" wide and 72 yards long, wound on a standard core. Cases contain 9 rolls and ship via parcel carrier, supporting regular replenishment for production lines or facility maintenance programs.
