3M™ 468MP Adhesive Transfer Tape delivers a 5.0 mil firm acrylic adhesive on a polycoated kraft paper liner in a carrier-free transfer format. Without a foam or film carrier, the adhesive transfers directly to the substrate, adding bond strength without increasing caliper — a critical advantage in precision assembly and tight-tolerance applications.

This tape is well suited to laminating, graphic overlay bonding, medical device assembly, electronics manufacturing, and industrial die-cutting. Its firm acrylic adhesive bonds reliably to rough, uneven, and textured surfaces while maintaining performance through high-temperature conditions, humidity fluctuations, and repeated hot/cold thermal cycles.
