3M™ 4929 VHB™ (Very High Bond) Tape is a 25 mil double-coated acrylic foam tape with a black closed-cell foam core and pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive on both sides. UL746C recognized, it delivers a structural bond capable of replacing or supplementing rivets, screws, spot welds, and liquid adhesives in demanding assembly and fabrication work.

This tape is well suited for bonding metals, plastics, glass, composites, and coated surfaces in manufacturing, construction, electronics, signage, and transportation applications. Its resistance to moisture, solvents, and UV exposure supports reliable performance in both interior and exterior installations.

The adhesive system is rated for continuous service from -40°F to 200°F. Each roll ships on a clear polyester liner for controlled, clean application. Sold as a single roll, making it easy to order precisely the quantity needed.
