3M™ 927 Adhesive Transfer Tape is a 2.0 mil acrylic adhesive transfer tape supplied on a densified kraft paper liner in a hand-dispensed roll format measuring 3/4 inch wide by 60 yards long. The carrier-free construction delivers a thin, high-tack bond layer without added bulk, making it a reliable choice for precision bonding and splicing in demanding production environments.
The acrylic adhesive bonds to both smooth and textured surfaces and holds up well under UV exposure and chemical contact. It is widely used in converting, manufacturing, and assembly operations for splicing film, foil, and fabric, as well as for thin-profile bonding tasks where adhesive bulk would compromise finished dimensions or appearance.
