The 3M™ 9485PC Adhesive Transfer Tape is a 5.0 mil high-performance acrylic adhesive transfer product supplied on a polycoated kraft paper liner. The fiber-reinforced construction provides roll stability and consistent dispensing at this 4-inch width, where narrower or unreinforced tapes are prone to telescoping and uneven unwind during production use.
The 9485PC formula delivers strong tack and shear strength with resistance to elevated temperatures and solvents. It bonds reliably to plastics, foams, and composite materials, and is particularly well suited for applications where conventional pressure-sensitive tape or wet adhesives would introduce unwanted bulk or require cure time. Common uses include laminating, foam bonding, surface mounting, veneer attachment, and industrial assembly in manufacturing and fabrication environments.
Each roll measures 4 inches wide by 60 yards long, yielding substantial coverage per unit. The polycoated kraft liner provides clean, controlled release during application. Sold as a single roll weighing approximately 2.2 lbs. Ships via parcel carrier.
