3M™ 987 Adhesive Transfer Tape is a 1.7 mil medium-firm acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive supplied on a tan paper liner, reverse-wound on a 1" core. The 1/2" width delivers precise adhesive placement with controlled coverage, making it a reliable choice where bond accuracy matters.

The acrylic adhesive system bonds to papers, foils, films, and foam materials, providing high initial tack and strong shear holding power on contact — no heat or solvents required.
