3M Paper Masking Tape 2214 is a 5.2 mil crepe paper tape with a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, offered here in the 1-1/2" width at 60 yards per roll. The crepe construction gives the tape natural flexibility, allowing it to conform around curved surfaces, irregular edges, and corners without tearing or lifting at the margins.

This tape is well suited for light-duty paint masking, surface protection, temporary bundling, and parts identification in manufacturing plants, warehouses, automotive refinishing shops, and MRO environments. The rubber adhesive holds firmly on contact and is rated to withstand temperatures up to 150°F for up to 30 minutes, making it a practical choice for low-temperature oven or drying-booth applications.

The tape is 5.2 mil thick and removes cleanly under normal use conditions without leaving adhesive residue on most surfaces. Each case contains 24 rolls and ships via parcel carrier.
