These 38" x 58" blue recycling liners are constructed from 1.4 mil linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), which delivers greater puncture and tear resistance than standard low-density film. The transparent blue color provides immediate visual identification at the bin, supporting waste stream separation compliance without additional labeling.

These liners are well suited for warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, office buildings, hospitals, and schools — anywhere high-volume recycling programs require consistent bin identification across paper, plastics, and aluminum can streams. The star seal bottom distributes load stress evenly across the base, reducing leak points when bags are filled with heavier mixed recyclables.
