Stayflats Plus® Mailers in 6 x 8 inches are built from .028 kraft chipboard, a board thickness that holds contents flat and resists bending through postal and parcel handling without requiring supplemental stiffeners. The self-adhesive peel-and-seal closure secures the mailer without tape, and a pull-tab tear strip lets recipients open it cleanly in a single motion.

These mailers are well-suited for e-commerce order fulfillment, photo labs, print studios, legal and administrative offices, and direct mail operations shipping documents, certificates, artwork, or prints that cannot be folded or creased in transit.
