These 10 7/8 x 16 7/8 inch corrugated layer pads are manufactured from ECT-32 kraft corrugated board and placed between product layers inside shipping cartons, storage boxes, or display containers. The rigid single wall construction distributes weight evenly across stacked items, reducing compression damage during transit and storage.

Common applications include e-commerce fulfillment centers, warehouse distribution operations, manufacturing pack-out lines, and retail replenishment shipping — anywhere stacked goods need a firm, flat separator to prevent shifting or crushing. These pads also serve as stiffeners inside poly mailers or padded envelopes where added rigidity is required.

Each pad weighs approximately 0.11 lbs, keeping added pack weight minimal across high-volume shipments. Bundles contain 100 pads and ship via parcel carrier.
