These 17 7/8 x 23 7/8 inch corrugated layer pads are constructed from ECT-32 kraft corrugated board, delivering a rigid yet lightweight barrier that keeps stacked product tiers separated and stable during storage and transit. At approximately 0.25 lbs per pad, they add negligible weight to any shipment configuration.

Layer pads are used wherever products are stacked in boxes or on pallets — common applications include e-commerce fulfillment centers, retail distribution, food and beverage packaging lines, and light manufacturing. They distribute compression load evenly across a tier, prevent surface contact between items, and reduce shifting damage during transport. Their flat, unscored construction also suits use as envelope stiffeners or backing sheets in mixed-product shipments.

These pads align with widely used corrugated box footprints, reducing or eliminating the need for on-site trimming. Each bundle contains 50 pads and ships via parcel carrier.
