These cushioning pads combine microperforated polyethylene film with an expanded polystyrene (EPS) fill to create a self-adapting protective layer. The microperforations allow the pad to compress and conform against irregular product surfaces on contact, distributing impact energy across the pad rather than concentrating it at a single pressure point.
The ready-to-use format requires no dispensing equipment, void fill machines, or prep work — pads deploy directly from the case.
