The Ecojacket® Flex is an all-paper padded mailer built around a fluted kraft interior that delivers impact resistance and flexibility without any plastic components. Because the cushioning layer and outer shell are the same material stream, the entire mailer is curbside recyclable — no component separation required before disposal. The construction has been tested for drop performance, puncture resistance, and repulpability.

These mailers are well suited to e-commerce fulfillment, retail distribution, and direct-to-consumer shipping operations where sustainable packaging is a program requirement. They perform particularly well for apparel, accessories, cosmetics, books, and other flat or lightly dimensional products that benefit from light cushioning during transit.

Each mailer includes a self-adhesive peel-and-seal closure for consistent, fast sealing on the pack line and an integrated tear strip for clean recipient opening. Sold by the case of 150 units and parcel-friendly.
