The Ecojacket® Flex is an all-paper padded mailer built for operations that need protective, sustainable outbound packaging. Its fluted kraft interior replaces plastic bubble lining entirely, making the mailer fully repulpable and accepted in standard curbside recycling programs — no component separation required before disposal.

These mailers are well suited for e-commerce fulfillment, direct-to-consumer apparel and accessories shipping, retail distribution, and media products. The natural kraft exterior provides a stable surface for labels and barcode scanning, while the peel-and-seal closure strip supports fast, consistent sealing on high-throughput pack lines. A built-in tear strip allows clean, easy opening on the recipient end.

Dimensions measure 8 7/8 x 11 1/4 inches. Each case contains 100 mailers and ships via parcel carrier.
