The Ecojacket® Flex is an all-paper padded mailer that replaces bubble-lined poly construction with a fluted natural kraft paper interior, delivering drop and puncture resistance without any plastic components. The result is a mailer that is fully repulpable and accepted in standard curbside recycling programs — no material separation required before disposal.

This format is well suited to e-commerce fulfillment, retail distribution, and direct mail operations shipping flat or semi-rigid products such as apparel, documents, photos, books, and lightweight electronics accessories. Brands operating under retail sustainability mandates or packaging take-back programs will find the repulpability testing compliance particularly relevant.

A self-adhesive peel-and-seal closure strip supports line-speed sealing, and a built-in tear strip provides clean, easy opening for recipients. Dimensions measure 9 1/2 x 13 3/4 inches. Each case contains 100 mailers and ships via parcel carrier.
