The Ecojacket® Flex is an all-paper padded mailer built for businesses that need protective shipping performance without foam or plastic. A fluted kraft paper interior replaces conventional bubble or foam padding, delivering cushioning that is fully repulpable and accepted in standard curbside recycling programs — making the entire mailer recyclable as a single unit.

These mailers suit e-commerce brands, retail distributors, and direct-to-consumer operations shipping apparel, accessories, documents, soft goods, and other flat or lightweight items that require more protection than a standard flat mailer. The construction has passed industry drop, puncture, and repulpability tests, supporting use across demanding fulfillment environments.

Each mailer includes a self-adhesive peel-and-seal strip for fast pack-line closure and an integrated tear strip for clean recipient opening. Dimensions measure 10 1/2 x 15 1/4 inches. Cases contain 100 mailers and ship via parcel carrier.
