These 10 x 13 x 2 inch kraft expansion envelopes are end-loading mailers built for documents, catalogs, multi-page packets, and lightly bulky contents requiring a secure closure without moisture activation. The peel-off tear strip shields the pressure-sensitive adhesive from dust and debris until the moment of sealing, preserving adhesive integrity during storage and extending shelf life in high-turnover environments.

The 2" side gusset accommodates thicker contents — bound reports, product inserts, small soft goods — while keeping envelopes flat enough for efficient processing and stacking. Offices, fulfillment centers, publishing houses, legal firms, and direct-mail operations rely on this format for consistent, tape-free sealing at volume without slowing throughput.

Envelopes are constructed from 40 lb kraft paper stock and measure 10 x 13 x 2 inches. Each case contains 100 envelopes and ships via parcel carrier.
