These kraft expandable self-seal envelopes feature a 2 inch side gusset that accommodates bulkier contents without compromising the seal. Built from 40 lb kraft paper stock, they deliver the durability needed for standard shipping and fulfillment handling while maintaining a clean, professional appearance for both internal transfers and customer-facing shipments.

The side-loading orientation and expandable gusset make these envelopes well-suited for catalogs, multi-page documents, product samples, and promotional kits — any contents that exceed standard flat-envelope capacity. Publishers, marketing teams, e-commerce fulfillment centers, and corporate mailrooms rely on this format for consistent outbound volume.

The self-seal closure uses a peel-off tear strip that shields the adhesive from dust and debris until the moment of sealing — no moisture, sponge, or heat required. Each case contains 100 envelopes and ships via parcel carrier.
