Instapak Quick® RT foam bags deliver on-demand expanding foam cushioning without preheating equipment or a warming unit. Each 18x18" bag is fully self-contained — foam chemicals activate inside the sealed bag, so there is no cleanup, no external machinery, and no fixed installation required. This portability makes the system practical for temporary packing stations, off-site fulfillment, or any environment where powered cushioning equipment is not feasible.

Once activated, the foam expands and conforms precisely to the contoured shape of the item it surrounds, creating a custom-fit cushion that immobilizes contents during transit. The system is well suited for fragile electronics, glassware, medical devices, and irregularly shaped manufactured parts that standard void fill cannot adequately protect. Recommended activation temperature is 65°F to 90°F for consistent foam expansion.

This product is designated Bag #20 within the Instapak Quick® RT line and is sold in cases of 36 bags. No separate machinery purchase is required to deploy the system, keeping the per-shipment cost predictable and the barrier to adoption low.
