The 8 1/2 x 12 inch white bubble lined poly mailer features a durable poly outer shell bonded to a 5/16" bubble interior, delivering cushioning and puncture resistance that standard poly mailers cannot match. The self-sealing adhesive strip closes securely without additional tape, accelerating pack-out on high-volume lines.
These mailers suit e-commerce apparel shipments, retail catalog fulfillment, photography and print distribution, and light industrial parts shipments where rigid corrugated packaging would add unnecessary weight and cost. The interior accommodates flat documents, soft goods, and semi-rigid items that require surface protection without full box construction.
The construction is engineered to withstand automated sortation and standard parcel carrier handling. Each case contains 50 mailers and is eligible to ship via parcel carrier.
