These 2 x 2 x 48" angle boards are .160" thick medium duty edge protectors built to shield pallet corners and carton edges from compression, strapping pressure, and impact during storage and transit. The 48-inch length accommodates standard pallet heights as well as oversized carton profiles.
Warehouses, manufacturers, and freight distributors use these angle boards to unitize palletized loads, reinforce carton corners, and add structural integrity inside outbound shipments. They are compatible with both stretch film and poly or steel strapping, making them suitable for high-volume fulfillment and heavy freight operations.
Each case contains 80 edge protectors at approximately 73 lbs per case. The product ships via freight delivery. Plan order quantities with inbound freight scheduling and on-site storage capacity in mind.
