These 10 x 15 x 2 inch kraft expansion envelopes are a side-loading mailer built for bulky or multi-document contents. The 2" gusset allows the envelope to expand without stressing the seams, and the 40 lb kraft paper stock delivers a professional, neutral appearance suitable for both internal distribution and outbound customer shipments.

The side-loading format works well for catalogs, multi-page documents, sample packets, and bundled media. Common applications include fulfillment center outbound shipping, direct mail programs, office and interoffice distribution, and warehouse pick-and-pack operations where contents vary in thickness.

The peel-and-stick self-seal tear strip shields the adhesive from dust and debris during storage, preserving the bond until time of use — no moisture required. To seal, remove the tear strip and press the flap firmly. Each case contains 100 envelopes and ships via parcel carrier.
