These perforated air foam rolls measure 1/16" thick by 24" wide by 1,250' long and are cross-perforated every 12", enabling clean, consistent tear-off at the pack station without cutting tools. The high-yardage format delivers 1,250' of usable material per roll, reducing changeover frequency on active pack lines.

The moisture-resistant foam construction provides lightweight surface cushioning against scratches, scuffs, and minor impact during transit and storage. These rolls are well suited for wrapping individual items, interleaving between stacked products, and adding void fill in e-commerce fulfillment, manufacturing, and retail distribution environments.
