These 5/8" serrated open/snap-on polyester strapping seals feature an inside-serrated profile that bites into smooth PET strapping, resisting slippage and maintaining strap tension after the joint is set. The snap-on open design eliminates threading, letting operators apply seals in a single motion without repositioning the strap.

Suited for high-volume palletizing, bundle unitizing, and freight load securing, these seals are used across distribution centers, manufacturing plants, and shipping docks. The open profile is compatible with standard manual, pneumatic, and battery-powered combination strapping tools, making them a practical fit for most existing strapping stations.

Each seal measures 1-3/16" in length by 5/8" in width, sized to match standard 5/8" polyester strapping. Cases contain 1,000 seals at approximately 20.84 lbs per case and ship via parcel carrier.
