The 7 1/4 x 12 7/8 inch #1 Curby Mailer™ is a paper-based padded mailer built with honeycomb cushioning that delivers protection equivalent to traditional poly bubble mailers — without the plastic. It is a direct replacement for polybubble and Kraft mailers, made in the USA using US and globally sourced materials.

This mailer suits e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse distribution, retail replenishment, and direct-to-consumer shipping operations where lightweight, protective packaging is needed. The #1 size accommodates flat items such as documents, photos, small apparel, accessories, and lightweight media.

The Curby Mailer™ is curbside recyclable and holds Cradle to Cradle Certified® Silver status, allowing recipients to process it alongside standard recyclable materials with no special drop-off required. Each case contains 80 mailers and ships via parcel carrier.
