These 12 x 11-1/2" self-seal bubble pouches combine built-in cushioning with a fast, tool-free closure in a single ready-to-use package. The 3/16" high-slip bubble construction absorbs impact and resists surface abrasion during transit, while the 1" lip with integrated peel-and-seal tape strip eliminates the need for separate tape or dispensers.

The peel-and-seal format is well suited to fulfillment centers, subscription box operations, retail distribution, and light manufacturing lines where packing speed and consistency are priorities. Products are inserted, the liner is peeled, and the flap folds down to form a secure closure — keeping workflows moving without added steps or equipment.

Each pouch is constructed from high-slip bubble material that allows items to slide in smoothly without snagging. Cases contain 250 pouches and ship via parcel carrier.
