These 24 x 36 inch black plastic corrugated sheets are built from 3/16" thick polypropylene, delivering a reusable, moisture-resistant alternative to single-use chipboard or kraft pads. The twin-wall fluted polypropylene construction provides rigid support while remaining lightweight at 1.24 lbs per sheet — a practical combination for high-turnover facilities that cycle layer pads repeatedly.

These sheets perform well as layer pads between palletized goods, slip sheets during unit load transfers, and protective dividers inside stacked or racked inventory. Food processing plants, automotive parts warehouses, and cold-storage distribution centers rely on polypropylene corrugated sheets where paper-based alternatives fail due to humidity, fluid exposure, or repetitive handling cycles.

Each sheet is sold in bundles of 10. The black finish is consistent across sheets, providing a uniform appearance on the warehouse floor or within packaged loads. Ships via parcel carrier.
