Tape Logic® #1000 Hot Melt Tape is a 3.0 mil clear polypropylene carton sealing tape built around a hot melt adhesive formula that unwinds quietly and delivers extra elongation for consistent, reliable seals on high-volume packaging lines. The low-noise unwind is a practical advantage in environments where multiple dispensers run simultaneously.

This tape is well-suited for distribution centers, e-commerce fulfillment operations, and manufacturing lines where cartons vary in fill level or shape. The hot melt adhesive bonds firmly to film surfaces and holds on over-stuffed or irregular cartons where pressure-sensitive tapes may gap or lift. Application temperature range is 32°F to 104°F, with a service temperature range of 10°F to 120°F, covering typical warehouse conditions year-round.

The polypropylene film backing provides tensile strength while keeping per-roll cost efficient for repetitive sealing applications. Compatible with standard hand-held and automated carton sealing dispensers. Each case contains 36 rolls and ships via parcel carrier.
