Tape Logic® #600 Hot Melt Tape delivers a 1.6 mil polypropylene film backing paired with a hot melt adhesive system that provides aggressive initial tack and strong shear strength on contact. The hot melt formula bonds reliably to recycled and kraft corrugated board, outperforming standard acrylic tapes on surfaces where adhesion can be inconsistent.

The 3-inch width reduces the number of passes needed on larger carton flaps, making it practical for high-throughput packing lines, distribution centers, and fulfillment operations that process mixed carton sizes. The adhesive is rated for application between 32°F and 104°F, supporting use in ambient warehouses, cold-storage staging areas, and seasonal shipping environments.

The polypropylene backing resists splitting during unwind, maintaining consistent lay-flat performance across extended packing shifts. Each case contains 24 rolls and ships via parcel carrier.
