Tape Logic® #900 Hot Melt Tape is a 2.5 mil clear polypropylene carton sealing tape built around a hot melt adhesive system that delivers quiet, controlled unwind with extra elongation. That elongation allows the tape to conform to irregular carton surfaces and overstuffed boxes without lifting or flagging at the edges.

This tape is well suited to high-volume sealing environments including e-commerce fulfillment centers, manufacturing lines, third-party logistics operations, and distribution warehouses where consistent closure integrity is non-negotiable. Its adhesion to film surfaces makes it a reliable choice for poly-coated and recycled-content cartons common in those settings.

The tape carries an application temperature range of 32°F to 104°F and a service temperature range of 10°F to 120°F. Each case contains 6 rolls and is compatible with standard hand-held and automated carton sealing tape dispensers.
