The 6 x 12 x 3 inch Kraft TerraBoard™ Expansion Mailer is a rigid, structured mailer built with an expansion gusset that allows the package to open to a full 3" depth, accommodating contents that exceed the capacity of a standard flat envelope. Made from 100% recycled content — 75% of which is post-consumer fiber — it supports sustainable packaging commitments without compromising structural integrity or presentation quality.

This format is a practical choice for e-commerce fulfillment, subscription box operations, retail distribution, and direct-to-consumer shipping programs that require a consistent, lightweight mailer capable of handling variable-thickness products such as folded apparel, bundled documents, soft goods, and small boxed items.

Each case contains 200 mailers and weighs approximately 21 lbs, making it manageable for pick-line deployment and bulk pallet storage. The parcel-friendly case size supports routine replenishment cycles for facilities ranging from small fulfillment operations to high-volume distribution centers.
