The TerraBoard™ Expansion Mailer is a rigid kraft mailer constructed from 100% recycled fiber, including 75% post-consumer material. The gusseted side panels expand to a full 3" depth, allowing the mailer to accommodate items that a flat envelope cannot — without stepping up to a full corrugated box.

The rigid board construction and expansion gusset make this format well-suited for e-commerce fulfillment, retail replenishment, and B2B distribution of soft goods, bound materials, folded apparel, and bundled components. The kraft exterior presents a clean, professional appearance appropriate for both direct-to-consumer and wholesale shipments.

Exterior dimensions are 8 1/2 x 14 1/2 x 3 inches. The mailer is fully recyclable, supporting corporate sustainability and waste-reduction programs. Each case contains 200 mailers and ships via parcel carrier.
