These 10 x 12 inch VCI flat poly bags are manufactured from 4 mil low-density polyethylene film with a vapor corrosion inhibitor embedded directly in the film. The VCI chemistry releases a protective vapor inside the sealed bag that forms a molecular barrier on metal surfaces, preventing rust and oxidation without requiring additional wrapping, coatings, or desiccants.

Ideal for manufacturers, metal distributors, and MRO operations that need to protect bare or finished metal components during storage or transit. The transparent film allows contents to be visually identified and picked without opening the bag, supporting accurate inventory management in high-SKU environments. The 4 mil wall also provides a barrier against dust and incidental moisture exposure.
