These 12 x 12 inch VCI flat poly bags are manufactured from 4 mil low-density polyethylene film embedded with a vapor corrosion inhibitor (VCI). The VCI compound releases a protective vapor that forms a molecular barrier on metal surfaces, actively preventing oxidation, rust, and corrosion during storage and transit — no additional rust-preventative coatings or extra wrapping steps required.

The transparent film lets warehouse and fulfillment staff identify, inventory, and pick parts without opening the bag. These bags are well suited for machined components, hardware, hand tools, fasteners, and other corrosion-sensitive metal items used in manufacturing, distribution, automotive, and industrial environments.

Constructed from durable 4 mil LDPE, the open-top flat format accommodates varied part geometries and provides reliable puncture resistance for industrial handling conditions.
