Description

This 36" x 200-yard VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) paper roll delivers continuous vapor-phase corrosion protection for ferrous metal components and surfaces. At 35 lb. basis weight, the paper is chemically treated to emit VCI molecules that form a protective molecular layer on exposed metal, blocking moisture, oxygen, and corrosive contaminants without leaving residue or requiring post-process cleaning.

The 36-inch width suits wrapping larger parts, lining crates and export boxes, interleaving sheet metal or flat stock, and protecting machined components during storage or transit. Manufacturers, machine shops, metal fabricators, and distribution operations with recurring corrosion-protection needs will find this roll particularly practical. As a general guideline, one square foot of VCI paper per cubic foot of enclosed packaging volume is recommended, with complete wrapping advised to maximize inhibitor concentration.

Each roll weighs approximately 30 lbs. and is sold individually, making it easy to maintain consistent inventory for ongoing production or shipping cycles.
