Description

These 9 x 12" VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) paper sheets are chemically treated kraft stock that emits a continuous vapor, forming a protective molecular layer on ferrous metal surfaces to inhibit rust, oxidation, and corrosion without contact coatings or oils. The 30 lb. basis weight delivers a practical balance of durability and flexibility for wrapping, interleaving, and box-lining tasks.

VCI paper is a standard protective material in metal parts manufacturing, automotive supply, tool and hardware distribution, and military or defense component storage — anywhere steel, iron, or other ferrous parts must remain corrosion-free during storage or transit. For best results, completely wrap individual parts or line box interiors before sealing; a general guideline is one square foot of VCI paper per cubic foot of enclosed packaging space.

Each case contains 1,000 sheets of 9 x 12" stock and ships via parcel carrier, making routine replenishment practical for facilities at any production volume.
