These 12 x 18 inch, 4 mil VCI reclosable poly bags are manufactured from low-density polyethylene film embedded with a vapor corrosion inhibitor (VCI). The inhibitor actively protects ferrous and non-ferrous metal parts from oxidation, rust, and corrosion without oils, desiccants, or secondary wrapping — parts are placed directly into the bag and sealed for continuous protection.

The reclosable zipper-style closure allows repeated access without disrupting the corrosion-inhibiting environment inside, making these bags well suited for kitting lines, tool cribs, MRO stockrooms, and finished-goods storage in automotive, aerospace, electronics manufacturing, and precision machining operations. Transparent film construction supports visual identification and inventory scanning without opening individual bags.

Film thickness of 4 mil provides resistance to puncture and handling abrasion during both storage and transit. Each case contains 250 bags and ships via parcel carrier.
