Shipping
All local orders are delivered by company truck within 100 miles.  Outside of 100 miles, all orders are shipped prepaid via best way and charges will be invoiced to you.  We ship by the most economical method.  We use UPS whenever possible.  Large orders or orders that exceed UPS weight or size limits will ship via Common Carrier.

Returns
Please contact us via E-Mail at sales@carolinapackaging.com or call us at (919) 876-1616 for return instructions.   Items must be returned in salable quantities and condition within 30 days of purchase for credit.  All items returned will be subject to a 20% restocking charge plus delivery and pick up charges. Customers will be responsible for all freight charges on canceled orders.

Pricing
While we try to maintain prices on our products, occasionally, due to market conditions and other circumstances beyond our control, pricing may change without notice.

Minimum Order
Carolina Packaging has a minimum dollar order of $150. Orders under $150 will have a delivery fee. Items may have a minimum quantity they must be purchased in.
