These 18 x 24" flush cut foam pouches are constructed from 1/8" thick polyethylene foam, heat-sealed on three sides to form an open-top sleeve that slides over or around items requiring surface protection. Flush cut edges deliver a clean, finished profile with no excess material to fold, tuck, or trim before use.

The non-abrasive foam surface protects finished goods from scratches, scuffs, and marring during transit and storage. These pouches are well suited for electronics components, automotive trim parts, framed artwork, flat panels, and retail merchandise where surface condition must be maintained through the fulfillment chain.

Polyethylene foam provides compression resistance without adding meaningful weight to outbound shipments. Cases contain 75 pouches. A pink anti-static formulation is also available for applications requiring electrostatic charge dissipation.
