These 3 x 5" flush cut foam pouches are formed from 1/8" polyethylene foam and heat-sealed on three sides to create an open-top pouch. The flush cut construction produces clean, consistent edges with no excess foam overhang — a detail that keeps packed items neat and minimizes the need for additional void fill.

The non-abrasive polyethylene foam surface protects small parts, hardware, instruments, and consumer goods from scratching and scuffing without adding meaningful weight to the shipment. These pouches are well suited to electronics assembly, medical device kitting, jewelry packaging, retail fulfillment, and light manufacturing environments where reliable surface protection is needed at scale.

Each case contains 500 pouches. A pink anti-static version is also available for components that require electrostatic charge dissipation. The pouches ship via parcel carrier, making routine replenishment simple for high-volume operations.
