These 5x5" flush cut foam pouches are made from 1/8-inch polyethylene air foam, sealed along three edges to form a lightweight open-top bag. The flush cut construction eliminates folded or taped edges, keeping the profile slim while fully enclosing small items on five sides.

The non-abrasive foam surface protects finished goods, machined parts, and consumer products from scratches and scuffs during pick-and-pack, kitting, and outbound shipping. Common applications include electronics accessories, hardware components, cosmetics, and small injection-molded parts in manufacturing and retail distribution environments. A pink anti-static version is also available for components sensitive to electrostatic discharge.

Each case contains 500 pouches. The polyethylene foam is moisture-resistant and static-neutral, making it appropriate for general industrial and consumer goods packaging without additional barrier materials.
