These 6 x 7 inch flush cut foam pouches are formed from 1/8-inch polyethylene foam with heat-sealed edges, creating a clean-entry sleeve that lets items slide in without snagging or catching. The flush cut opening eliminates the jagged or folded edges common in die-cut alternatives, delivering a neater fit and more consistent insertion on high-volume packing lines.

The soft, non-abrasive foam surface makes these pouches well-suited for protecting finished goods, machined components, optical parts, small hardware, and consumer products against scratches and scuffs during transit and storage.
